A dramatic transformation of the city campus focussed on the student experience at the heart of the design.
This exciting precinct scale project involved the redevelopment and refurbishment to existing buildings and additions to multiple RMIT buildings along Swanston and Bowen Streets. A collaboration between Lyons, MVS, NMBW , HAW and Maddison Architects, it delivers a major city campus upgrade and investigates meaningful connections to the surrounding city fabric. Our work included the redevelopment of parts of Building 14 (Franklin Street), creating a vision for the universities retail strategy and spaces and implimenting this across the campus.
