Revisiting a lost member of the family........Higgins House is a rural residential project this office completed over 20 years ago and has never been published or shared on our website until now. This project was built by local Master Builder - Nick Appleford just before his untimely passing. It is a testament to his skills and craftsmanship and to this day we still feel fortunate to have collaborated with Nick- a true gentleman of the industry.
