This significant urban renewal project has been delivered in collaboration with Lyons Architecture. The site is a major new cultural and tourism destination for the city of Devonport. There are three main buildings: a food pavilion (Providore Place), a multipurpose building (library, conference centre, council offices) and a multi-storey car park.
Maddison Architects provided full design and documentation services for the 2000m2 food pavilion, that includes restaurants, cafes, market stalls, a cooking school and various community events. The construction of the car park and food pavilion have just been completed, and the multipurpose building will be finished later in 2018.
